How this system works?
Traditionally, a high percentage of the cost of getting a product or service to the end consumer is contributed by marketing and distribution. As a distributor you can make profit, instead of various ‘middlemen’ in the traditional retail system.

Also, there is no need to set up an elaborate and expensive marketing channel delivering a product or service to the end consumer. Your customers benefit from competitive pricing and product information given by you.

A satisfied customer recommends other customers and creates an entire network of promoters/consumers with everyone up the network getting paid a percentage on the sales thus generated in the network. This greatly reduces the expense of getting the product or service sold. Increased profits are shared with the distributors.

With MLM you can now have the benefits of a traditional business, without the headaches. It is easy to get started and does not require a major investment. Receive a second paycheck without ever quitting your job. Some training is required, but it is less than that required to run a fast-food chain. There are no special skills required and most MLM businesses are very duplicatable.

Time Leveraging

In most companies you get paid a salary for working for a certain amount of hours. Although your job may give you a guaranteed income if you are salaried, what it is really doing is putting a limit on your time and how much you can make; you thus end up getting paid for the total number of man-hours that you engage in.

In Time Leveraging however, the number of man-hours are multiplied when you employ people to work for you. Remember, your employer is making money off you based on what he is paying you for your time. Your employer has already figured out the "leverage of time" thing, but YOU are limited to what you can earn.

By being motivated and willing to put in your time, effort and persistence if you help others achieve their goals and dreams, you automatically will achieve yours. The more you help people achieve everything they want - the better the rewards! Your growth and rewards in this industry are limited only by your dreams, desires and commitment...it's up to you.

Starting you own business
Before you start, we highly recommend that you take the time to read this guide as it will help you to understand better the wonderful opportunity offered by Versatile. Your Up-line (Your Sponsor, his/her sponsor etc.) has a genuine interest in helping you to achieve your goals, and will help you to plan your targets.

They will also support you in getting started straight away. As you read through this guide, make a list of questions you would like to ask your sponsor about the business. Your sponsor will be pleased to answer any queries you have.

List your Contacts
Your first task is to list as many people as you know. Try to identify at least one hundred names and telephone numbers. Start with friends, families, work colleagues, neighbours, acquaintances and so on. You will be surprised just how many people you know once you begin to list them. Most people can think of well over a hundred contact names within a couple of hours.

Arrange yout first meeting
Now from this list, invite people to show them the Plan, but at this stage do not talk about the products, always give correct, updated information. Arrange an appointment with your sponsor so that they can support your first meeting in your own home or in an open meeting.

After showing them the Marketing CD and Plan, give them prospecting tapes and literature, and then fix an appointment with them for the next day, so that you can discuss and satisfy their questions and queries. Within a few days of starting your business you should have more than two members signing up under you and more leads to follow up with, and arrange further meetings.

Organize yourself
Use your Marketing CD, Product Catalogues, Opportunity Leaflets and Promotional Materials wherever you go. Always maintain an appropriate dress code, be equipped with an appointment diary and carry a business card.

Key to your success

Versatile regularly organizes weekly, monthly and quarterly meetings in every part of the country. You, your friend and your kin can participate in these meetings and get the information and skills to get motivated. You should have faith in your own products and use them regularly.

Make sure that you discuss this business with at least two persons everyday. It is not necessary that every person you show the plan to becomes your business associate, you can make them your permanent customers of your products.

Learn while you earn and grow
It is great fun working together and learning from experiences of other members. You do not need to be in the same team to share ideas and support each other. You will find that the more you understand about the business, the more confidence you will have, and the easier it will be to make a strong start.

As you build your network, you will share your skill with those you sponsor so that they emulate your success. You will have to ensure that every new member in your group understands and practices the Versatile business philosophy.

            help other people get what they want."

Network Marketing is a fun business. It's the only business in the world where you can go out and help people get what they want...and also change their lives for the better... and in the process, get all that you've ever dreamt of.

The saying goes, "It’s lonely at the top". That’s only true when you have to step on other people to get there. If you reach the top by helping others, it won't be lonely since you'll have so many of your associates with you.

Remember, helping your down-line to develop their business is a sure-shot formula to grow your own business.
